Online Poker Room Offers $650,000 in Total Prize Cash
"Whoever said sequels are never as good as the original certainly wasn't talking about the Bodog Poker Open II," said Team Bodog pro Justin Bonomo, a 23-year-old tournament ace with $1.4 million in career winnings.
The Bodog Poker Open II will last for eight days and consists of a total of 14 online poker tournaments. Starting Sunday September 28th, online poker players all over the world will compete for a slice of over half a million dollars.
The Bodog Poker Open II is now accepting registrations and qualifiers are also live and running for this series of poker events. Buy-ins for all 14 events are in the range of $5 to $500.
The first tournament starts on September 28th with a major tourney happening daily thereafter and culminating with the Main Event on October 5th. The Main Event's $300,000 guaranteed prize pool is actually the biggest in Bodog's history.
Bodog Poker is owned and operated by Bodog Entertainment. Bodog Poker runs on their own indepentently developed software which runs very smoothly with a recently redesigned layout and a much improved interface. Bodog Poker accepts US players .
"The first BPO was pretty big but the BPOII takes it to a whole new level with more events, more money guaranteed, deeper stacks, and they're keeping it fun along the way with bounty tournaments. I welcome all players to take a shot at me during the series", he continued.
To make the poker series even more interesting, Bodog Poker also runs bounty tournaments as parts of the overall event. More details about the Poker Open II can be found on Bodog's website.
